For this method, you need to have your old and your new phone, with Okta Verify app already downloaded onto your new phone.
Open Okta Verify on both phones.
On new phone:
Choose account type:
-> Organization (work, school, company)
Add account from another device?
-> Skip
Do you have QR code?
-> No, sign in instead
Enter your org.'s sign-in URL:
-> alcon.okta.com
Takes you to sign-in page
-> sign in with your Alcon 531 ID and current password
Prompts for a code
-> Enter 6-digit Okta Verify code from old phone
You should now be set up on your new phone.
